Turn a walk through your workplace into a documented safety record. The RI Loss Control App lets you spot a hazard, photograph it, note what you saw, and leave with a finished report before you are back at your desk. It is free for Republic Indemnity policyholders and works in English and Spanish. WHAT YOU CAN DO Safety observations Record what you see, when you see it. Note acceptable and unacceptable conditions and behaviors, add photos from the camera, and document the corrective action you want taken. A finished PDF, on the spot Every form exports as a PDF you can email or file from your phone. Completed documents carry the Republic Indemnity name, so the record shows who issued it. Safety training log Record the topic, the instructor, the date and everyone who attended. Four Keys to Safety and Safety Topics Short, practical guidance written for the work floor rather than the filing cabinet, matched to the industry you choose. Nothing gets lost Forms save as you type. You can leave an inspection half done, take a call and come back to find your work still there. Anything unfinished waits in your drafts. Report an injury When something does happen, reporting it and reaching us are in the same app as the prevention work, not somewhere else. BUILT FOR THE WORK YOU DO Choose your industry once and the observations, checklists and guidance match it: General Industry Food Service Construction Healthcare Machinery Driver Safety Driver Safety includes a pre-trip vehicle inspection form. IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH The app runs entirely in English or Spanish, and you can switch at any time from the home screen. Exported documents can be produced in either language, independently of the language you are using the app in: a supervisor can work in English and hand the crew a Spanish document, or the reverse. WHERE IT FITS IN YOUR LOSS CONTROL PROGRAM The app does not replace your Republic Indemnity loss control representative. Your representative brings the physical inspection, claims analysis and recommendations; the app is how your own supervisors keep up safety touchpoints in the weeks in between, in a form that leaves a record.
