Credentials never save and I have to reset my password every time I log in.

Not very good
App is very clunky. It requires logging in multiple times during the same session. Also says password is invalid, even though it’s the right password and then eventually it will work. Just not a very easy smooth app.
Cumbersome
Keeps asking for password. Biometric not working correctly

Instead of having to change your password so often, and then always forgetting it this app should be linked to an RSA token style app the changes if you want this of severe encryption

I’ve literally been working here for two months and each month I have to log my miles it doesn’t recognize my face or my password! Totally a nuisance- should be easier to login

Clunky
Not user friendly. Multiple taps to get cursor to show the mileage doesn’t show the whole number. Just not easy to use or read.
Amateur app creation
The basics don’t work. Layout is astonishingly bad, incorrect information in the app, help desk try’s but it seems like they really don’t know what they are doing. Have tried many time to have something corrected, get a response that’s it done only to find out they made it worse, or made a change that had nothing to do with my issue. I’ve given up and have put in a request to change providers.

Monthly Mileage Reporting Issue
Multiple submissions were required for January. There were no issues prior.
Mileage
I submitted this mileage earlier in the week and something happened asking me to submit it again.
Password
Everyone I need to report something it asks me to put in my password. I do it an it says unacceptable and makes me change it every time.

Why does it default all miles to personal ?
