Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CIF at 5.0 against StrackaLine's 2.6. CIF also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). StrackaLine's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
