The clearest difference is update cadence: Sipped coffee at every 3 weeks against Pancheros's every 5 months. Sipped coffee also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Pancheros's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
