About

Blaine's Workout Routine

Features

Routine is a strength training log that builds your week and keeps you moving through it. BUILT FOR YOU Answer a few questions — your goal, how often you train now, how long you have, what equipment you can reach — and Routine builds a weekly plan. It starts where you are and steps up as you show up. FAST LOGGING Every exercise shows what you lifted last time. Type a weight, tick the set, move on. When you've earned a heavier weight, Routine offers it — it never fills it in for you. A REST TIMER THAT LEARNS Rest starts when you tick a set. Add time or skip, and the timer learns how long you actually need. It follows you to the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. BUILD YOUR OWN WORKOUTS Pick movements from the library, set your sets and reps, and choose a color. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Personal records, a history for every lift, weekly volume by muscle, body measurements and bodyweight. APPLE WATCH AND HEALTH Follow your workout and log sets from your wrist, with heart rate. Finished sessions save to Apple Health. A step complication and home-screen widget keep your goal in view. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no server. Automatic CSV backups you can open in Files. Kilograms or pounds, your choice.
