Crew Sphere helps cabin crew organize their roster, stay connected with the people who matter, and find time together around an unpredictable schedule. Built around the realities of crew life, Crew Sphere turns your roster into a simple view of where you are, when you're working, when you're home, and when you're free. MANAGE YOUR ROSTER Add flights, days off, standby, leave, training and other duties in one clean calendar. Crew Sphere helps you understand your schedule without treating blank days as automatic days off. FIND YOUR PEOPLE Build your private Sphere of trusted crew, friends and family. Connections are accepted individually, and you control what each person can see. SEE WHO'S NEARBY Nearby helps you see which accepted connections are currently in the same city as you. Crew Sphere uses city-level presence rather than showing exact locations, distances, hotels or live movement. FIND OVERLAPPING DAYS OFF See when you and a connection are both confirmed free. Instead of comparing rosters manually, Crew Sphere can surface upcoming overlapping days so it's easier to make plans. SHARE YOUR SCHEDULE PRIVATELY Create a private schedule link for someone who doesn't use Crew Sphere. Choose what you want to share, such as: • Home or Away • Days Off • Destination • Return day • Approximate return • Leave or standby status Shared links can be configured separately and revoked when you no longer want them to work. BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND Crew Sphere is designed around controlled sharing. • No public crew directory • No public Nearby discovery • No exact location shown to connections • Sharing permissions remain under your control • Missing roster information is not assumed to mean you're free • External schedule links only show the information permitted for that link FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TOO Friends and family can use a simplified Crew Sphere experience to stay in sync with the schedule information you choose to share. Whether you're planning a coffee on a day off, checking who's back in Dubai, or helping family understand when you'll be home, Crew Sphere keeps roster life and real life closer together. Crew Sphere is an independent lifestyle and planning application and is not an official airline operational system. Always verify duty and operational information using your airline's official systems.
