About

TRAINTER

Features

TRAINTER wraps your workout in motion-rich, neon-soaked UI that reacts like a training app should: glowing accents, energetic transitions, and little touches of animation that make the screen feel alive while you focus on the work. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE? Core interval training from day one: build and run real programs with work/rest blocks, rounds, targets, sound themes, voice cues, and haptics. Pick themes and languages, follow your history, and keep training without paying. TRAINTER makes interval training feel alive! When you want more headroom, unlock the full version once: unlimited programs, full Apple Music integration and trimming, and export. MUSIC THAT FITS INTERVALS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND Plug into Apple Music (with the full version) and shape how sound follows your session: keep music on the whole workout or refresh it per block, trim tracks with a clear A–B loop, and pick playback strategies that match how you train. Less tapping mid-set, more flow. FEEDBACK YOU CAN TRUST Sound themes, voice cues, and haptics turn each interval change into something you can hear and feel, so you do not have to watch the clock. Dial it in from Settings and train with confidence. BUILD PROGRAMS THAT MAKE SENSE Lay out intervals, groups and rounds, rest and work blocks, and set targets so each segment matches your goal. The editor is built for real programs, not one-off timers. SEE PROGRESS, STAY MOTIVATED History and stats show what you have done over time. When you are just starting, the experience still feels welcoming, with clear guidance and a UI that nudges you toward your first completed session. FREE TO START, FULL WHEN YOU ARE READY Start free with full-quality interval training, feedback you can trust, and a UI that stays motivating. When you want more headroom, unlock the full version once: unlimited programs, full Apple Music integration and trimming, and export, - everything heavy users expect, without a subscription.
