Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dhar Mann at 4.5 against Hover's 2.9. Dhar Mann also leads on review sentiment (47% vs 26%) and ratings volume (6.3K vs 1.2K). Hover's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
