Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: ISU Cyclones at none against Central Dutch Network's shown. ISU Cyclones also leads on ratings volume (386 vs 2) and rating (4.3 vs 4.0). Central Dutch Network's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 35%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ISU Cyclones holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ISU Cyclones has 386 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of ISU Cyclones's written reviews are positive against 50% of Central Dutch Network's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ISU Cyclones ships an update every 5 weeks, Central Dutch Network every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
