The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cúla4 at none against History Hit's 2. Cúla4 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 86%). History Hit's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
