Mec Carsharing is committed to providing a 21st century mobility service, based on vehicle sharing, with the use of sustainable electric vehicles and, above all, with mobile technology. Our service is available for clients in medium and small cities around Barcelona and the province of Tarragona, you can check our website meccarsharing.com to know the exact populations. We have a large fleet of vehicles, all of them electric, with good load capacity that allow you to travel both within the city and make longer journeys by motorway. The majority of our fleet is made up of NISSAN Leaf model vehicles. Every time you travel with us you will be helping the planet. Our invoice rate for minutes and we have discounts and special rates for intensive uses of the vehicle. The service works under the Round Trip system where the start and end of the trip are the same base, which you can check both on the website and in the app. Through our modern app you can find and reserve a 100% electric vehicle, open it, close it and end the reservation without the use of any type of keys, only with your mobile phone, what do you think? You will find the vehicles ready and charged, the energy will not be a problem or represent any cost. Inside the vehicle you will find the card to park for free in the blue and green areas of the city of Barcelona. In the same way the cars are equipped with teletac and enjoy tolls, also free, on non-holiday working days on the managed highways of the Generalitat de Catalunya. How does it work: From the app, you can register simply, intuitively and quickly, you will only need your driving license and your credit card information. Once registered, in a short period of time, we will validate the information and you will receive a message with the confirmation. From this moment you can make reservations.
