IQVIA Scribe is an online/offline application used to capture data directly from patients enrolled in clinical trials. Patients enrolled in a study using Scribe will receive an enrollment notification via email or text with a link to download the application and instructions used to enroll in the study. Relevant questionnaires will be available for completion throughout the duration of the study ++++Scribe amplifies the patient's voice in clinical research by allowing Clinical Outcomes Assessments to be used in more trials. Whether deploying to smartphones, tablets or the web, our Sculptor visual build and deployment tools help automate the eCOA process, giving absolute transparency and greater control to sponsors and CRO’s.
