STAMNR is a private training space for confidence. Two minutes a day, building an honest picture of what actually moves things for you. STAMNR Premium is a paid subscription, and there is no free tier. Setting up your account is free and takes no card details: the questionnaire, your first reading, and Apple Health if you want it. Using the app after that - the daily check-in, the programme, your trends and your Reads - needs a subscription. WHAT YOU GET A daily reading Each morning you log the window that just closed: sleep, energy, movement, drink, and how things actually went. In the evening you close the day out: pressure, stress, mood, how you felt. The app turns that into one calm reading with a plain word attached, from Base camp up to Peak. It is a readiness read on where your body and your head are. It is never a prediction. An app that pays attention STAMNR builds a picture of your habits from your own logs and updates it as new data lands. Then it writes you a Read: a short, personal account of your recent weeks and one thing worth your attention. Your first Read opens once you have logged three check-ins. Your real levers The app looks for what lines up with your own better stretches. Sleep might be your lever. It might be alcohol. It tells you honestly when it does not have enough data yet, rather than making something up to look clever. Things to practise Short guided sessions, breathing work and pelvic floor sets you can do anywhere without anyone knowing. Plus a library that explains the everyday stuff: the loop where nerves feed on themselves, watching yourself instead of being in it, pressure with someone new. Quiet by design Nothing on your lock screen ever says what this app is for. Reminders are off until you switch them on, they are capped at two a day, and every type has its own switch. No streaks to lose, no leaderboards, no guilt. Progress only counts up. PRIVACY, SPECIFICALLY Your logs live in your own row on an EU backend with owner only access. Before anything reaches an AI model it is stripped of your name, email and account id. Journal entries are excluded unless you switch them on yourself. Heart rhythm data is never sent to a model at all. Nothing is used to train anyone's models, nothing is sold, there are no ads and no third party analytics. Delete your account and it all goes. HONEST LIMITS STAMNR is a wellbeing, education and habit tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not certified, cleared or registered as one anywhere. It is not a healthcare service, it is not therapy, counselling or psychological treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or any other qualified health professional. Nothing in STAMNR diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, illness or condition. It is built for the everyday pattern of nerves, overthinking and pressure, not for anything a doctor has diagnosed. If anything about your health is on your mind, talk to your GP. For men 18 and over. SUBSCRIPTION STAMNR Premium, billed through your Apple Account: weekly GBP 4.99, monthly GBP 12.99, annual GBP 59.99 in the UK. Every plan includes a free trial for App Store accounts that have not previously used an introductory offer for STAMNR Premium; Apple determines eligibility, and if you are not eligible the plan price applies from the moment of purchase. You are not charged during the trial, and payment is taken when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The trial length and price are shown on the purchase sheet before you confirm. The plan renews automatically unless you cancel, in your Apple Account settings. Crisis and support resources, the see a doctor guidance and the medical disclaimer stay free, always: no subscription, no trial, no card details. Crisis support is reachable straight from the subscription screen. Terms of Use: https://stamnr.com/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://stamnr.com/privacy.html
