Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: talkmaker at 4.8 against 小黑屋云写作's 3.4. talkmaker also leads on ratings volume (519 vs 5). 小黑屋云写作's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. talkmaker sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. 小黑屋云写作 asks for nothing beyond the download.
talkmaker holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: talkmaker has 519 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of 小黑屋云写作's written reviews are positive against 64% of talkmaker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
小黑屋云写作 ships an update fortnightly, talkmaker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
