Elryan and Karada Store both sit at 4.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Karada Store's written reviews are positive against 40% of Elryan's. Elryan's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (810 vs 34). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
