Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Orivo at 100% against Elryan's 40%. Orivo also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Elryan's advantage is ratings volume (810 vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
