Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Al at 100% against Elryan's 40%. Al also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0). Elryan's advantage is ratings volume (810 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Al holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of Elryan's written reviews are positive against 100% of Al's.
Elryan ships an update weekly, Al every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
