Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Star Pet Center at 5.0 against Elryan's 4.0. Elryan's advantage is ratings volume (810 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
