Your bookings, your clients, and your money, all in one place. Dustimony is built for the owner-operator: the person who cleans the houses, sends the invoices, and keeps the whole business in their head. Put it in your pocket instead. The schedule repeats itself. Book a house daily, weekly, every other week, or monthly, with a real start time and a length. The calendar fills itself in. Drag a day into driving order and Dustimony can teach the standing schedule, so next month already knows. Every house has its own checklist. Set the rooms once and every visit starts with a fresh copy. Check things off as you go. Add "clean the oven this time" for one visit only. Anything left unchecked is recorded as skipped, so the history says what actually happened. The door code is where you need it. Lockbox codes, alarm steps, where the dog will be, which products they want used. It is on the job card when you are standing at the door, not buried in a note somewhere. One tap when you are running late. Dustimony works out how far behind you are and drafts the text for each client affected. You read it and send it, one at a time, from your own number. Get paid without asking twice. Invoices with a tap-to-pay card link. Reminders at seven, fourteen, and thirty days that you send yourself. Save a card and charge it automatically after each visit or once a month. Know your numbers. What came in, what went out, what is left. Supplies and mileage tracked, tips kept separate, and a one-page report you can hand your accountant. Your crew, without the group text. Add your cleaners and they get a simple website on their own phone: today's houses, the room checklist, and a timer. You choose what each person sees; prices and phone numbers stay off unless you turn them on. Crew is the one paid part of Dustimony, a monthly subscription, and everything else works without it. Your data is yours. Everything works with no signal and saves the moment you tap it. It backs up to your own private iCloud, which we cannot read. No ads, no tracking, no selling anything to anybody. Card payments are optional and cost about 3.4% + 30 cents per payment (Stripe's cut plus 0.5% to Dustimony); cash and checks you record yourself cost nothing. Solo Dustimony is free. Built for cleaners who would rather be cleaning than doing paperwork. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dustimony at 5.0 against SpyderWash's 2.5. Dustimony also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). SpyderWash's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
