Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Scrubee at 5.0 against Discourse Hub's 3.9. Scrubee also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). Discourse Hub's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
