Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Roots | App at 100% against BIBLEin365's 51%. Roots | App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4). BIBLEin365's advantage is ratings volume (464 vs 11) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
