The Melrose Arch Communicator is a tool used by Melrose Arch Management to communicate more effectively with our tenants. It allows us to send out instant notifications about important happenings, conduct surveys, post event information, publish newsletters and more.

Second Space is an immersive app designed to aid university students and young professionals with numerous common issues. Second Space will act as a communication and advertising system whereby people can search for accommodation as well as communicate with their accommodation providers. Here tenants will be able to report maintenance issues as well as receive announcements from landlords. The app will also give young people the ability to find, favorite and share: - Food Specials - Drink Specials - Tutoring services - Events - Jobs The app can be viewed as a virtual student and youth hub by grouping various app functions and features together to create an immersive experience that not only provides students with many benefits but also benefits service providers and landlords - all services and students in one place.
