The Tyler Brazos™ mobile app can utilize on-board GPS to capture the location of an incident, the camera or other peripherals to capture photos or scan barcodes, and print to available printers via Bluetooth or AirPrint. All of the information captured through Brazos can be delivered securely to either the Brazos secure cloud server or the client’s on-premise Brazos server. Tyler’s Brazos™ app is only available for customers that have signed up to use the Tyler Brazos™ solution.

Take photos with your device to upload into the app with your request. Specify the exact location of a service request on a detailed map. Use the mobile app to track progress of your request and provide feedback about your experience with Alex311.
