CheckedOK Pre-Use is a rapid inspection tool designed to ensure equipment is safe, compliant, and ready to use before each shift or job. It simplifies daily pre-use checks by guiding users through a consistent, auditable process that meets both internal safety policies and external regulatory standards. The system is ideal for industries where daily checks are essential — including lifting, plant hire, construction, and logistics — and helps reduce downtime by catching potential faults early. Using mobile phones or tablets, CheckedOK Pre-Use allows engineers and operatives to complete checks on-site, with results instantly synced to a central web server. Assets can be identified by barcode, serial number, or RFID, ensuring accurate records for each item. Whether you're managing your own equipment or performing checks on behalf of clients, CheckedOK Pre-Use supports multi-site operation and remote oversight, allowing managers to view inspection history, monitor compliance, and follow up on flagged issues in real time. As with the wider CheckedOK system, Pre-Use is fully configurable to match your operational needs — from custom checklists to alert workflows and reporting formats.
