Random prices
App doesn’t show estimated price of journey. After dealing with this firm a few times, no doubt this is on purpose to mis inform the user of price. Even on quit weekends they charge double? Can’t help but think it’s another company thriving off ripping tourist.

Shortage of Taxis in Blackpool
Since the demise of several taxi companies in Blackpool, it’s proving difficult to book a taxi. They are similar to the trains… you never know if you’ll get one or if you’ll get to your destination on time.

Doesn’t work
Tried to set up this app many times over 2 separate days but it doesn’t work. Registration process involves getting a code in an SMS message that never turns up. Don’t wast your time with this rubbish.

Only gave me pay cash as an option?!
I rarely have cash these days and the drivers usually have a pin pad, so I cannot understand why you only give a pay cash option to be able to book a taxi??
