This app is the most terrible useless app I have ever come across. Tells you nothing, you can’t do anything with it.
Suspicious company
Always submit your meter readings if you have one, so they don’t get the chance to overcharge you. I was paying thousands for just half a year, now only over £20 a month.
Rubbish service
Water pressure in Blundellsands Crosby has been dreadful for six weeks. Still not fixed. I contacted the Chief Executive of United Utilities. Receipted a phone call from an advisor. She let me know there was an issue with a faulty pressure valve. Won’t be fixed until 6 July. Promised to call back with updates, still waiting for the call two weeks later. No communication whatsoever
