Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: GetOut at none against Z103's shown. GetOut also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (1K vs 6). Z103's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs paid). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Z103 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetOut has 1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Z103 ships an update every 9 months, GetOut every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
