Seamless ticketing and redemptions
We’ve had our memberships for a few years now and we are LOVING this new app and how user-friendly it is! It’s very clear what the offers are, how to redeem them, and I LOVE the map feature that shows us all the attractions and where they are located if we want to go to several places the same day. Our Houston passes are really fun and we use them all the time!

Not a good app keeps taking activities away after takeover from Pogo Pass

They force you to add a credit card then automatically enable auto renew, even if you have a gift membership.
Definitely one of our favorite purchases this year!
As a mom, I love finding ways to save money while still making memories with my kids. We’ve already used our GetOut pass at the San Antonio Zoo and have several more outings planned. It has easily paid for itself and has helped us try new places all over the city.
Waste of time and money
The buying process is an ease but once they have your money, good luck getting access to any of the deals on the pass. The app is incredibly buggy and their customer support is basically non existent. Not to mention the auto bill making this a subscription is on by default. DO NOT BUY IT!
It brings family fun to a new level!
I’m a big fan of the GetOut pass as it’s allowed me to go to so many fun and entertaining places. I hadn’t heard of or been to many of these attractions until I saw them on GetOut. I’d highly recommend to anybody who wants to have fun family memories for less money to buy the GetOut pass.

Love the pass and it is an incredible value if you like to get out a lot with your kids! However, they changed the app recently and it’s terrible and not intuitive to use. Bring back just the simple list, please!!

Terrible app will not use again
Rebrand made everything worse. 95% of what’s available is trash. Very hard to actually use the things you want, when you want. For the price it is now, it is no longer worth it.

Our family has had such a blast discovering places we typically wouldn’t have gone to without our pass. The app is easy to use. Some venues require a sock purchase but the app made it clear so I knew what to expect.
