Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CLE KEY at 5.0 against GoCarma's 4.2. CLE KEY also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). GoCarma's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
