Ridiculous effort to get HOV discount
You should not have to ALWAYS share your location and force guests in your car to do the same to get an HOV discount when AI can review the camera footage. Total invasion of privacy to have to enable location sharing Bluetooth to get a discount on a $24 toll. To maintain privacy I have location settings disabled and must enable each time which is a driving safety hazard.

Never get HOV Discount
My wife and I both have GoCarma running on our phones, but we still don’t get the HOV discount. Perhaps we are missing something, but it need not be this difficult.

Who thought it was a good idea to require a driver to launch an app and configure settings while driving in order to get an HOV rate?!? They have a million cameras on HOV to make sure they bill people but require all these extra steps to get HOV?!?
Cash Out No Working
I started using this app because of the rewards to cash out and every time i try it says it’s in testing period. I think it wants to track my location only. Going to get rid of this app. No use if I can’t cash out.
Location settings
The only way the app works is if you select always for location settings. It should be your choice not mandatory.

Frustrating
The app isn’t working as intended and trips are missing and can’t be added. This is becoming very frustrating. My husband and I carpool 4 days a week and we are t getting credit .
Location tracking is always on
App states it doesn’t track location but the dynamic Island on my screen always shows the GoCarma app is tracking location and it overrides any other app that I am using. I have to disable location in settings to shut it off. Not a huge fan of an app that’s always grabbing my location. Saw a comment it only activates when it detects you are connected to your car’s Bluetooth but my phone shows GoCarma is using my location when I am not in my car.

Nags you to allow tracking all the time. This app is an invasion of privacy. Do not trust it.
Keeps checking my location!
It’s only supposed to check your location when you’re in your car, yet since the last update or one before, I’ll notice it randomly will check my location even though I’m sitting at home. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

No real value
Really not sure of the value of this app. If I have 2 phones I can ride a HOV. I don’t need 2 people in the car. On the other hand if I have 2 people in the car without this app o don’t get the hov discount.

Cool idea, but I’m not receiving the HOV discounts nor are the Transactions showing up. I've drove with my best friend to work within the past 4wks and I’ve been charged full price this entire time. I just had to pay $400.00 yesterday. Like IN THIS ECONOMY!!!!! This app is not working for us. I’ve BEEN chatting with whatever AI Bot that you have and it’s getting me no where. Your app literally have ALL of our locations stored in your app but I’m STILL being charged full amounts. Can’t EVER get a human neither.

I don’t like being spied on. It’s obvious that they just want to know where your driving to know where to immoral obtain peoples land through eminent domain. Stop using my tax dollars to support private businesses, especially foreign ones. Shame on every politician lining their coffers as they support this highway robbery
