Walk to unlock the apps that steal your attention. One validated step earns one second. Choose the apps, walk with your iPhone, and spend that time on purpose. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want to use more intentionally. 2. Walk. StepLock reads your step count from Apple Health. 3. Validated steps fill a shared screen-time balance. 4. When the balance hits zero, those apps lock until you earn more. 5. Walk again to grow the balance and keep using them on purpose. Download StepLock, pick your apps, and take the first walk.
