Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Sherwin at fortnightly against NCG Events's every 7 months. Sherwin also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 28). NCG Events's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
