Potential
A lot of things work. It’s not a bad app. I would really appreciate the notification dot being removed when the inbox is empty. The thing has had a dot on my screen for months now. I’m tired of looking at it.
Disappointing, frustrating
Frustratingly slow moving through screens, loading times are a nuisance and even switching from 1 gal to quart or changing sheen selection causes a 10-15 second load. It adds up, and the “back” arrow works on about 1 out of over 15 taps. I finally learned to tap it continuously until it eventually works.
I use the app a ton, simply because it exists but it’s a huge pain in the butt and today literally cost me ~200$ worth of missed savings from the Blue Bucket sale- I spent an hour trying to get the app to work through continuous lagging, crashing and then a refusal to load the cart until I missed the deadline.
Extremely disappointing load times, busted ‘back arrow’, it’s filled with products no longer carried/discontinued… the app honestly stinks for a company I give so much darn money to.

Bad app
This app got worse. It took me 1 hour 40 minutes just to do. Simple order. It make me to wait too much time on adding or taking off an item. Bad, bad
Poor structure and design
Very slow to load any screen. Pricing and item selection is difficult at times. The cart takes about 2-3 business days to load. If you do not type the exact product you are looking for, it will not show up.
App takes too long to load even on strong wifi
App takes way too long to load even if connected to high speed internet wifi. And most stuff marks as not available online but there is stocked in store

No help
Login problems, failure to configure my account. Login window freezes in app with no progress.
Doesn’t work
I enter sign in info, hit the button to go and nothing happens. I go to troubleshooting and the only option is “clear cart”. I don’t even have a cart, because I haven’t entered the app yet.

It’s slow. I want to use it more. Every time I add quantity to a material order form the whole app reloads

Hard to navigate
Cannot find a way to save my everyday products have to keep searching old receipts to find the right products. Also cart does not appear on the web browser login. You have to use one or the other.
App
I like the app but it is very upsetting when trying to find a product such as something like a metal primer and over half the ones one the app are discontinued or not available. If they are discontinued products please take them off the app. This primer is just a small example, there are a lot of items on the app that are not available or discontinued. It really makes it a pain to search for the products you want, they are available.

Don’t waste your time
This app is completely useless. Now, does it not show you the colors you’ve ordered after the fact. So you can make sure that you’re picking up the right colors. You cannot go back and look at what you’ve ordered in the past. To double check and make sure you received exactly what you ordered. It takes more time to use the app than it does to call the store. I just spent 5k on paint. And have no idea if I got what I ordered. Hopefully someday they come out with something user friendly.

Frusturating
This is a better version of the app compared to android, but this has not been nice to use. Each page takes a long time to load. The app cart and web cart don’t sync, so don’t start on your computer and try to finish here. It won’t work! I continued to get errors while trying to checkout until finally it just deleted my whole cart and showed it as empty. Most annoyingly, I applied a 50% off paint coupon to my order that got an error and then was deleted. The order didn’t go through and now the coupon is no longer available in my account! I should have just called my order in rather than use this app.

Clunky
I love Sherwin Williams. I am a small business owner and loyal customer, but the app is not very good. It’s clunky, slow to load, and certain items you can’t find without calling and getting the inventory numbers. It’s fine enough for paying account balances though. This is not a reflection of SW products or associates. They maintain the highest quality of customer service of any store I shop at
