Labor is one of the most profound moments of your life. Bloom is designed to make sure you feel calm, supported, and ready for every contraction. Most contraction trackers treat labor like a data problem. Bloom treats it like the human experience it is. With a warm, companion-like design and soothing AI voice guidance powered by ElevenLabs, Bloom helps you breathe, track, and stay grounded from early labor all the way to the delivery room. TIME EVERY CONTRACTION WITH CONFIDENCE One tap starts the timer. A breathing orb animation guides your inhale and exhale while a live duration counter keeps the numbers out of your head. When your contractions follow the 5-1-1 rule every 5 minutes, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour Bloom detects the pattern automatically and lets you know it's time to go. A VOICE THAT STAYS WITH YOU Bloom's AI voice guidance speaks to you during contractions and meditation sessions in a calm, reassuring tone. Whether you need grounding through an intense surge or a gentle reminder to breathe, Bloom's voice is right there with you like a doula in your pocket. This is the feature that makes Bloom different from every other tracker on the market. MEDITATE AND REST BETWEEN CONTRACTIONS Choose from four guided meditation sessions designed specifically for late pregnancy and labor: Quick Calm, Deep Relaxation, Sleep Preparation, and Labour Confidence. Track your daily meditation streak and total minutes logged — because taking care of your mind matters just as much as tracking your timing. UNDERSTAND WHAT'S HAPPENING Bloom's visual contraction history timeline shows duration, frequency, and rolling averages so you always know where you stand. The built-in AI support chat answers your pregnancy questions with warmth and honesty, and the educational content library covers everything from labor stages and breathing techniques to exactly when to head to the hospital. YOUR COMPANION FOR THE JOURNEY Bloom's mascot companion is always by your side offering encouragement, celebrating your progress, and keeping you grounded in moments that feel overwhelming. This isn't a cold, clinical tool built for charts. It's a companion built for the realest, most beautiful moment of your life. Download Bloom today, and find your calm in the chaos.
