Lifty is a simple yet powerful app to track your weight lifting workouts; it gets out of your way so you can focus on what's important: your workout. RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY Workouts and body measurements are stored on your phone, nobody can access them but you. NO UPFRONT PLANNING REQUIRED Don’t want to spend time planning your routine ahead of time? Need to switch up an exercise because someone else is using the equipment you wanted? No problem! With Lifty you can perform any exercise in any order. Add on-the-fly sets to a planned workout, or start an on-the-fly workout and make it up as you go along. POWERFUL ROUTINE PLANNING TOOLS For the planners out there, Lifty has advanced tools for creating your routines and workout plans. Configure rep and weight suggestions, automatic rest timers, and custom warmups. NO HAND-HOLDING Frustrated by weight lifting apps that think they’re smarter than you? Lifty doesn’t rigidly try to tell you what to do. It does what you want and adapts to whatever workout style you prefer. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Lifty will give you real-time feedback about how you’re progressing during your workout based on total volume lifted. This will help keep you focused and motivate you to always be improving. After your workout, see charts of overall progress or progress on specific exercises. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Your body measurements can be imported from Apple Health into Lifty for more accurate active calorie estimations. Workouts are recorded into Apple Health, and your active workout calories will fill up your activity rings on Apple Watch. IN-APP SUBSCRIPTION Lifty is a paid app, but you can use it for free with some limitations. With the free version, you can save up to five workouts per month, create up to two routines, and body measurements other than weight will be locked from tracking. You can remove all limitations by upgrading to Lifty+ in the app for either $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Lifty Terms of Use: https://aaroncorsi.com/lifty/terms/

About

Stacks

Features

Stacks brings calorie tracking and strength training together in one app. It opens on today: how your calories and macros stand against the targets you set, so you see where the day stands as soon as you open it. Adding food is a few taps. Search the OpenFoodFacts database or look up a barcode, create your own foods when you need to, and save a meal you eat often as a recipe to add it again in one tap. If you miss a day, you can still add meals to past dates so the history stays accurate. For training, build your own workout templates or start a session and add exercises as you go, and with Stacks Pro lay those templates out over a week, rest days and all. Weight and reps are recorded with input modes for total load, per side, per dumbbell or bodyweight, with a rest timer between sets. Every session is kept in a full history, with personal records and per-exercise progress. Body weight and measurements are recorded over time, with body weight shown as a 30-day trend. Each week, a review brings the period together: average calories per day, weight change, training volume and number of sessions. Daily targets are calculated from your sex, activity level and goal, whether you are cutting, maintaining or bulking, and optional reminders prompt you to weigh in, add the day's meals and check the weekly review. You can export your data at any time, or delete your account and all its data in one step. Stacks Pro is an optional subscription. It unlocks unlimited meal photo and receipt scans, training programs that lay your workout templates out over a week, rest days included, and a suggested weight and rep count for your next set, based on your own training history; every other feature works without it. It comes as a monthly or an annual plan, with a free trial for new subscribers, and renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The price for your region is shown in the app before any purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple account. Terms: https://usestacks.app/terms
