Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Goya +Golf at none against Garmin Golf's 2. Goya +Golf also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Garmin Golf's advantage is ratings volume (7.3K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
