Some reminders are too important to swipe away and forget. Procrastitask is built for exactly those. A normal reminder buzzes once and gives up. A Procrastitask reminder escalates: a gentle heads-up, then a firmer nudge, then - for the things you truly can't miss - a full-screen breakthrough alarm that cuts through silent mode and Focus. It stays loud until you deal with it, then gets out of your way. THE ESCALATION LADDER - Heads-up before it's due, so nothing sneaks up on you. - Nudges that get more insistent the longer something sits. - A breakthrough alarm for must-not-miss tasks - a real alarm, not a notification you'll scroll past. - Quiet hours you control, so it's loud when it should be and silent when it shouldn't. SHARED ACCOUNTABILITY Reminders are easy to ignore when it's just you. Share a space with a partner, roommate, or teammate and keep each other on the hook: assign a task, and when it's done - or missed - the other person knows. Every assignment is a request until you accept it, so no one can pile obligations on you without your say-so. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY WORK - Add reminders in plain language ("trash out every Tuesday at 8", "call mom tomorrow"). - Recurring tasks that roll forward correctly, across timezones. - A clean two-tab home: your tasks, and what you share. - Designed for iPhone, light and dark. YOUR AI AGENT CAN DRIVE IT Procrastitask is agent-native: connect your own AI assistant and let it create, check, and complete your reminders through a secure, own-tasks-only connection. You mint the access, you revoke it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads. No third-party trackers. We don't sell your data. Delete your account and everything goes with it - including revoking Sign in with Apple. Procrastitask is a productivity app, not an emergency or life-safety system - notification and alarm delivery depend on your device and settings.
