Happy Mouths is the companion app for home service businesses that use the Happy Mouths service. Happy Mouths texts each customer after a job with a link to the business's review page, follows up if they haven't left one yet, and replies to every review on the business's behalf. This app is how the business owner adds customers, sees the results, and uses the other tools in their plan. You need an active Happy Mouths account to sign in. Accounts are created by Happy Mouths when a business signs up for the service. There is no sign-up and nothing to buy in the app. WHAT IS IN THE APP Home: your current rating and review count, this month's numbers (requests sent, reviews received), how many people saw your business profile and tapped to call, a week-by-week chart, and your most recent requests. Tap a scheduled request to stop it before it sends. Customers: everyone you've added, with the status of their review request. Add a customer with a name and mobile number, or paste a list. Tap a customer to send their request now, stop the follow-ups, or remove them. Reviews: every review on your profile, with the reply Happy Mouths posted for you. Settings: what Happy Mouths does for you, other services you can ask us about, a referral form, notification switches, your account details, change password, sign out, and Delete my account, which permanently deletes the business and every record with it. Message your rep: the button at the top of every screen opens a chat with the person at Happy Mouths who looks after your account. You can send text and photos, or book a 15-minute call. TOOLS THAT DEPEND ON YOUR PLAN Happy Mouths turns these on for a business when they are part of its plan. If a tool is not in your plan, it does not appear in the app. Texts (Phone tab): text messages between your business number and your customers in one inbox. Reply, send a photo, start a new message, or ask for a review from inside the conversation. Search by a customer's name or number, or by any word you remember from a text, and land right on that text. Invoices: type what the job was and the app writes a receipt, invoice or quote you can send as a link or PDF. Drafting uses AI, so check the amounts before you send. Photos: add photos of your work from your camera or library. Happy Mouths adds them to your business profile one at a time. Business phone line (Phone tab, Calls): call customers from inside the app so they see your business number, not your cell. The app uses the microphone during a call. Calls to your business number ring your cell, and a missed call gets an automatic text back. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS With your permission, the app notifies you about a new review, a customer text, a missed call, a message from your rep, and a reminder to add photos. Each one has its own switch in Settings.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Happy Mouths at 5.0 against HS Team App's 4.3. Happy Mouths also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.1). HS Team App's advantage is ratings volume (9.3K vs 1) and chart position (#141 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
