Slow
Never fully loads and when it does It takes a million years. Sometimes crashes when looking at the roster. This update made it so much worse. It just shows a blank screen

Great app but only when it’s working. I keep hoping after every update that they’ll fix the issue where you open the app and it’s just blank but they never do.

My problem with this app that it can glitch for no reason like for a example when I’m trying to look for my schedule it would randomly log me out or my whole screen would turn white but when it does act right I can see what I need to see but overall I really dislike this app I only use it for work.

Can’t even login. I get the spinning wheel of death even though I have perfect internet connection. Please fix the app to how it was two years ago. That’s the last time it was actually good

But extremely buggy. When it works well it’s great, but it’s rare when it functions well. The mobile app only loads about 50% of the time.

Overall app is easy and simple to use. However, I have so many bugs and issues with the app. Way more issues than not issues.
Good, but lags frequently
I like the platform and layout. It’s very easy and clean UI. I really like that it links to my iPhone calendar, so I can view it on one place. Only con is it can be slow.

You’re better off using the web version on safari than this sluggish mess of an app.
Janky AF
This app is extremely unreliable. It only loads when it feels like it, regardless of whether I’m connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. These issues have persisted for months, making it frustrating and difficult to use consistently.

The ongoing performance problems have had a negative impact on day-to-day use, and despite these long-standing issues, my employer continues to use it instead of switching to a more reliable platform.

Unstable
Please, please work on the app stability. There’s a 50/50 chance that I will not be able to pull up my schedule because the app will crash or just not load. It’s a very simple concept for an app , it shouldn’t cause too much trouble. Thanks !
Updated and now everything is glitchy
After the most recent update I can no longer view shift swaps or request offs needing approved which is obviously a huge deal as a GM in a restaurant. The app is also crashing/wont load every other time I open it. Hours worked is never accurate and takes forever to load. Wish I didn’t have to use this app for work. It’s sucks

Its an alright app for some reason it takes extremely long to load when I get my schedule
How do they keep updating it but it still won’t load?
I need to see my schedule that was just posted but I CAN’T!! I’m so confused how an app could have so many problems. I’m so over it!!! I wish I could delete the app but obviously my job requires it. I’m sick of this app not working. When it works it’s great. But so many times it doesn’t work.

This app has been getting much better. I updated today and it loads really quickly compared to how it used to.
Not showing labor dashboard in real time
The labor dashboard seems very buggy, when people are clocked in or they clock out it doesn’t update out for hours, also the forecasted sales use to go off of what was forecasted by the manager. Now it seems to try and predict what sales are going to be. Makes it harder to know if I am better or worse in labor, real time.
