New update prevents shift edits
The new app looks and feels great - big issue though is the lack of ability to edit shifts from the app. Keeps giving an error message

Updated and now everything is glitchy
After the most recent update I can no longer view shift swaps or request offs needing approved which is obviously a huge deal as a GM in a restaurant. The app is also crashing/wont load every other time I open it. Hours worked is never accurate and takes forever to load. Wish I didn’t have to use this app for work. It sucks.
8/21/26: had to update again and once again, I’m not able to access my approval section. I don’t understand why this section never works after app updates. Very frustrating.

Dark mode
Be a lot cooler if dark mode was an option. Pleaseeeee

love how easy it makes dropping and picking up shift without the whole hassle of having to text people. also love how i can clearly see what i’ll be working. from a workers perspective i LOVE this app.
Feature Added Request
Could you please include the search bar again in the “Roster” page? Or at least as a toggle “on/off” for user preferences.
Login issues
This app does not let me login, it claims my credentials are invalid, however I am able to use those same credentials on their website.
Wish this app would disappear forever
I unfortunately am required to use this app for work and I truly would not wish this on my worst enemy. They keep releasing bug fixes and I truly believe it gets worse with each update. They need to rebuild the whole thing or just shut it down because constant internal errors, never ending loading screens, and crashes make it next to UNUSABLE!!!!!! It’s a simple concept for an app people, please make it work

Technical Problems Galore
The app “usually” works well however sometimes it fails to authenticate with its own servers or never loads and this can go on for days leading to you never knowing your schedule or being able to modify them. When it works however its great and flexible but that’s about all the praise I can give it.

Slow
Never fully loads and when it does It takes a million years. Sometimes crashes when looking at the roster. This update made it so much worse. It just shows a blank screen

Great app but only when it’s working. I keep hoping after every update that they’ll fix the issue where you open the app and it’s just blank but they never do.

My problem with this app that it can glitch for no reason like for a example when I’m trying to look for my schedule it would randomly log me out or my whole screen would turn white but when it does act right I can see what I need to see but overall I really dislike this app I only use it for work.
Broken App. Should have never updated
Can’t even login. I get the spinning wheel of death even though I have perfect internet connection. Please fix the app to how it was two years ago. That’s the last time it was actually good

It loads so slowly they need to fix it asap

whole app needs a refresh. items don’t load, laggy, and buggy
It’s decent
But extremely buggy. When it works well it’s great, but it’s rare when it functions well. The mobile app only loads about 50% of the time.
Feedback
Overall app is easy and simple to use. However, I have so many bugs and issues with the app. Way more issues than not issues.
