HamAlert vs RS

This app is a companion to the HamAlert web site (hamalert.org) and lets you receive push notifications from HamAlert. HamAlert is a system that allows amateur radio operators to get notifications when a desired station appears on the Reverse Beacon Network, SOTAwatch, the DX cluster or PSK Reporter. Spots can be filtered by various criteria, including: • DXCC (both actual and callsign home DXCC) • Callsign • Island reference • Summit reference • Park reference • CQ zone • Continent • Band • Mode • Time and days of week • Source • Spotter callsign and DXCC

"RS-SAT100" is a text chat application for ICOM "IC-SAT100" and "IC-SAT100M" satellite communication transceivers. It provides a text chat function through a satellite communication network by connecting to a transceiver using Bluetooth. Device requirements: iOS version 12.0 or later. Supported transceivers: Icom IC-SAT100 and IC-SAT100M Refer to the instruction manual for details. NOTE: The RS-SAT100 is not guaranteed to work on all iPhones and iPads. It may not work, depending on the version of the OS or the apps installed on your device. The RS-SAT100 connects to the transceiver using Bluetooth. It may not correctly operate, depending on the radio wave environment of Bluetooth. Bluetooth may disconnect in the following cases: · The screen of the device is locked. · This application is running in the background mode. · Wi-Fi is enabled. · When connecting or disconnecting a Bluetooth headset.
