The delivery of a key to a mobile device (phone, tablet) is enabled via LEGIC Connect, a service that operates in a highly-secure and scalable data center. Once notification has been received and the BlueSky Access app has been installed, the mobile access key is sent to the app on that mobile device, allowing entry to those doors or areas access to which authorization has been given. The BlueSky Access app is available for use only in properties equipped with dormakaba contactless electronic locks that have been equipped with a dormakaba Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio antenna. Hotels With the BlueSky Access app on a mobile device, guests can bypass the front desk check-in process and go directly to their room as well as gaining access to any authorized common area in the hotel requiring a room key. Residence With the BlueSky Access app on a mobile device, residents can securely lock and unlock unit doors and other amenity areas within a property to which authorization to enter has been given. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology enables the issuance and management of secure mobile access keys for hotels, multihousing, student and senior living properties. dormakaba’s latest RFID door locks and other access controls are BlueSky Access enabled. They can be installed on a variety of door types and locations giving properties a flexible, secure choice of entry options. BLE-enabled door locks and access controls allow an authorized user to place a compatible mobile device (smartphone, tablet) with the BlueSky Access app near a corresponding sensor on the door lock. The sensor reads the BlueSky Access key, the lock system communicates with the property management network, and determines whether the unique, encrypted code conveyed by the phone is on an approved "pass" list. If so, access is allowed, and the entry is recorded for audit purposes.

TourBuilder provides existing LCP Media virtual tour customers the ability to capture their own spaces with a TourBuilder kit and publish it online for anyone to see. The TourBuilder app is accessed using the same login credentials as the TourBuilder Insights virtual tour dashboard (formerly Panoskin). TourBuilder by LCP Media allows you to: * Capture 360º panoramic images, still photography, and videos of available apartment units and amenity spaces, and publish them as virtual tours on community websites and other online channels * Capture your vacant apartment units to allow prospective residents to see and virtually walk the actual apartment they are interested in leasing * Build a digital visual tour database of apartment units that you can showcase online once that specific unit becomes available * Shoot on your own time and at your own pace * Quick turnaround with a streamlined process that uses innovative computer vision and machine learning * Easily embed and share your virtual tours across all your online channels * Integrate your property management system with our API * View analytics to measure the performance of your virtual tours online Users of the TourBuilder app have to purchase a TourBuilder kit from LCP Media before signing up. The kit includes: * Ricoh Theta Z1 360o camera with accessories * Charging cable * Hard lens cap * Manfrotto tripod and base * Andobil phone mount * Soft lens wipe * Charging block * Power bank * Nanuk protective hard case How TourBuilder works: The 360º panoramic images are captured by connecting the TourBuilder app to the Ricoh 360º camera. Once connected, you capture the apartment unit one 360º image at a time, walking a logical path of the space. After capturing all of the panos, you can move on to take still photos and videos of the spaces (optional). When you are done shooting the entire area, you can either save and exit to publish with a Wifi connection or publish the virtual tour immediately. After a virtual tour is published, the images are sent to the LCP Media cloud, at which point the auto-builder begins to assemble the tour for you. Once the auto-builder completes the tour, the LCP Media team completes a quality check to ensure the virtual tour is built correctly. Once a virtual tour is approved by LCP Media’s production team, the tour gets sent to the main LCP Media virtual tour platform and appears live on the TourBuilder app. Live tours can be shared from the TourBuilder app or from the TourBuilder Insights dashboard. LCP Media provides a direct URL link that can be shared in the app by clicking on the curved arrow in the upper-right corner of your phone. To access the TourBuilder tours on the TourBuilder Insights dashboard, go to the main tour first and click on the units tab. Within the units tab on the TourBuilder Insights dashboard, you can access each individual unit and share the virtual tour with an embed code, a direct URL link, and/or a QR code.
