Please add to Apple wallet!
Our apartment complex just started using this and it seems to work pretty well! It’s pretty annoying to have to search for the app in my phone. I think if this were added to apple wallet I would give it 5 stars
Worst door opening app ever
The app won’t open my door 2 out of 10 times when I really need it to work it won’t just work they need to fix

Worst App Ever
If you don’t know how to write code, go back to farming potato. It sometimes takes ages to unlock the door. Last night, the entire app froze and I can’t get out of it. I can’t switch to any other app. I can’t even turn off my phone. They clearly don’t know what they are doing.
One of the worst apps on the market. I’m great with apps but this one needs serious work.

This app is useless. My apartment complex uses it and I have a mobile key on my phone, but none of the ways to unlock external doors or delegate access for guests work at all. I have re-installed it multiple times and tried to get help from my property management, who can’t do anything because this system doesn’t work! I can unlock my door if I’m already inside the building, but access codes or guest key delegations just give an error.

Please add for Apple Wallet!
The app is reliable and works well with my door system. However, it would be amazing if you could add Apple Wallet support. That way, we could access our digital keys directly by double-clicking the side button on the iPhone, just like using Apple Pay.

Don’t waste your time
Horrible app. My apartment complex uses this system, but only a few residents actually have it working. It’s been months since I moved in, and I’ve redownloaded the app, re-registered multiple times, and sought help from my apartment complex management. I have yet to receive any key. All in all, don’t waste your time trying to get this set up.

Can’t transfer key
Can’t get help since there’s no contact info. Can’t transfer key to my new phone. What kind of an app is this???

Doesn’t work
It just doesn’t work. You have to get an employee to manually open your door every time.
Infuriating
Locked out of my hotel at 1am when the app failed for no clear reason. Restarted, reinstalled, reregistered, no luck. The on call tech support didnt even know what i was talking about when I called. What a waste of time - horrendous.

Not sure if the bad reviews are older, I just got this on my iPhone and it works great. Very reliable, doesn’t interfere with my wallet app.
Have fun getting into your apt most of the time
This app works half the time, the other half I’m outside of my door restarting the app and then my phone just so that it can unlock my door
Unreliable and Outdated
This app severely needs to be updated. It’s extremely unreliable and often times I’m stuck at my door trying to enter. Sometimes it’ll work if I force close the apple wallet app, but not all the time. I will be using a physical key until this can be updated.

Each try takes about 20 seconds to process the unlock after tapping the screen button on the app.
It doesn’t use the Apple wallet. You have to open the app and then click on a button and have the phone touching the lock to work.
You may have to press several times to make it unlock a door.
