Train with a camera coach that counts your reps and tells you why one did not count. Set your iPhone or iPad down, step into frame and move. Strikt counts reps and hold time live. CAMERA COACH, HANDS FREE • Live counting for supported bodyweight and equipment movements, including squats, lunges, push-ups, plank and wall sit. • A rep counts or it does not. When it does not, Strikt tells you why and what to fix: go deeper, or step back so the camera sees your whole body. • Before the set, Strikt says what the camera cannot see and how to fix it. After it, every rep and every hold second that did not count shows its reason. TRAIN WITH A PLAN • Build a week around your goals, experience, available days, session length, focus and limitations. • Open each guided session from the weekly calendar and see its exact movements. • Useful foundations repeat across the week, so progress stays comparable instead of changing exercises at random. MOVE THROUGH YOUR DAY • Add three optional movement snacks: tiny sets that fit between full sessions. • Choose when your day starts. The first snack comes 75 minutes later, then about every 3½ hours. • Energy sizes each day's training from a short daily check-in. Connect Apple Health and Strikt also reads your sleep, heart rate, workouts and steps. Strikt can save your sets to Apple Health as workouts. COMPETE YOUR WAY • Race a friend or find a ranked opponent. Friend and ranked matches are 60-second push-up races. • Climb the global and friends leaderboards. • Friend and ranked matches include live opponent video for athletes aged 18 and over, with no audio. You can pause your video during the race. The live call is never recorded. With Replays on, your device saves your own side of the race. REPLAYS, ONLY IF YOU TURN THEM ON • Strikt saves a video of each set, with the tracker drawn over it, in your Profile. Available from age 18. • Only you can watch your workouts. In friend and ranked races, the video you shared live can be replayed by both of you. Never public, no audio. • Delete one replay or all of them at any time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Pose analysis happens on your device, and your camera feed is not uploaded for coaching. Video leaves your phone only for live race video and for the Replays you turn on. Strikt is built for functional fitness, strength training and hybrid race preparation. Strikt Pro unlocks full access with an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. When a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Setgraph at 6.2K against Strikt's 1. Setgraph also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Strikt's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Setgraph sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Strikt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Strikt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Setgraph has 6.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Setgraph ships an update every 3 weeks, Strikt every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
