Once invoicing is done all invoices can be synced to Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop or Sage 50(Canada), thus eliminating repeated data entry. The employee's timesheet is automatically populated from the time entered in the work order, and so removing the need to enter info in twice. For companies that need to perform repeated maintenance and have to manage contracts with customers we have added features such as recurring work orders, contract management, and maintenance reports We have two types of users in our system; Administrators (owner/office/managers) and Basic Users (field staff). Each of these users has different security access to the system, and is customizable. Each company’s site is highly customizable as well, adapting to their current work flow as much as possible.
