PittSMART (Pittsfield Municipal Assistance & Reporting Technology) is the Official CRM (Customer Relationship Management) App of the City of Pittsfield. PittSMART allows users to submit service requests (potholes, tall grass, graffiti, etc.,) report issues, ask questions or send concerns directly to the city where the request will be correctly routed to the appropriate city department. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified the instant they are resolved! You will receive a tracking ID and be automatically notified when your issue has been updated or addressed. You can provide comments, upload photographs of your request/concern.
