“投智圈”是一款面向创新创业项目的孵化培育与管理互动平台。 可为院校创新创业教育、创新创业实践活动、师生同创项目孵化、科技成果项目转化、创业项目社会投资等，提供校企需求对接、项目工作室众创孵化、创新创业项目路演、创业项目比赛等一站式管理与服务。以创新创业项目为核心，连接创业者与投智人、投资人，实现人才、技术、项目的智慧共创与资源共享。 模块1：项目需求对接 （1）需求发布丰富项目来源：需求人可于需求大厅公开或定向发布需求信息，寻找项目团队，丰富项目来源，提高项目质量。 （2）需求承接启动逆向创新：项目团队依据需求介绍提交创意方案与需求方对接，进行逆向创新。 （3）需求沟通项目立项启动：需求人进行项目方案评估后甄选项目团队确认合作，并支持项目立项启动。 模块2：投智人在线邀约 （1）全国投智人查询：提供全国投智人简介，可通过投智人地区、关注领域、关注项目阶段寻找校内外创业导师。 （2）投智人对接申请：通过系统发送邀请信息，实现校内外专家、导师精细化对接辅导。 （3）在线即时对话交流：投智人根据感兴趣的团队及项目进行一对一交流沟通。 模块3：项目工作室辅导 （1）项目在线学习：提供项目资料加密上传，供项目团队存储共享资料、商业计划书、学习资源等，实现在线学习、交流。 （2）项目自测成长：项目团队可依据项目成长情况进行系统自测评分，记录项目成长历程。 （3）项目研讨共创：可于工作室内进行团队共创学习，提供在线语音聊天、文字聊天、视频聊天，支持项目精细化个性发展。 模块4：项目赛事评审 （1）项目资料加密申报：提供项目资料的多级加密处理，项目团队自主上传、修改项目资料，可预览，不可下载。 （2）无纸资料绿色评审：商业计划书等资料无需打印，可于移动端在线预览，实时互动，评分评语实时反馈。 （3）现场大屏实时互动：项目得分，路演进展、项目排名现场大屏直播，确保赛事公平、透明。 模块5：赛事项目管理 （1）项目实时数据查询：提供项目报名情况、评语汇总、项目得分、项目排名等信息查询。 （2）评审进展动态掌控：提供评审进展的实时跟进与查询，及时与评委保持沟通，确保固定时间内全面完成评审组织工作。 （3）信息档案集中管理：提供各级路演、比赛项目管理、学生管理与导师管理。自动生成项目库、学生库、导师库、评委库。 （4）项目统计分析报告：实时掌握专业与创业结合情况、新技术应用情况、校内项目增长趋势。

The design of ULearning LMS for Academic 2.0 has been transformed from a teaching method based on "classes" to a teaching method based on "courses".
