Verdict
Parking Kitty and COTRWA both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of COTRWA's written reviews are positive against 60% of Parking Kitty's. COTRWA also leads on update cadence (every 4 months vs every 35 months). Parking Kitty's advantage is ratings volume (9.3K vs 15) and iOS requirement (13 vs 16.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
