About

MyCalorieMeter

Features

MyCalorieMeter is a calorie tracker built around a grocery list that writes itself, and calorie targets grounded in your real, measured energy expenditure — not generic formulas or overconfident wearable estimates. MyCalorieMeter requires a subscription after a 7-day free trial — see Subscription details below. CALORIE TARGETS BASED ON REALITY Most apps estimate your calorie burn from generic formulas or a device's overconfident calorie-burn numbers. MyCalorieMeter reconstructs your true energy expenditure (TDEE) from your actual logged intake and weight trend, so your daily target reflects what's really happening — not a guess. It reads workouts and body weight directly from Apple Health, adapts automatically as your trend updates, and paces a cut, maintain, or bulk goal safely with a built-in calorie floor. SMART GROCERY LISTS Plan a week of meals once and MyCalorieMeter automatically generates a ready-to-shop list, sorted into real supermarket sections (Produce, Bakery, Dairy & Eggs, Meat & Seafood, Frozen, Pantry) in shop-the-perimeter order. Check items off right from your phone. Set your own shopping day and the list automatically rolls to the right week. Reuse favorite meals in one tap to keep building your list week after week. SNAP A PHOTO TO LOG FOOD Take a photo of your plate and MyCalorieMeter identifies what's on it and estimates the nutrition — review and adjust before logging, so you stay in control of every number. EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED • Fast food logging with a strong recent/frequent list — most meals are repeats, so logging gets faster over time • Barcode scanning for packaged foods, searching USDA and Open Food Facts databases • Build your own dishes from multiple ingredients, or add a custom food not in any database • Weight trend tracking that filters out normal day-to-day noise • Optional Strava sync alongside Apple Health • Hydration and weigh-in reminders • A coach that gives you kudos for hitting your goal weight or trending in the right direction, plus food and activity suggestions MyCalorieMeter isn't just another calorie counter — it's the meal-planning and grocery-list tool that makes eating on-target effortless, backed by a calorie target that's actually grounded in your own data. SUBSCRIPTION MyCalorieMeter is subscription-based, with a 7-day free trial: • MyCalorieMeter Monthly — 1 month, $3.99/month • MyCalorieMeter Annual — 1 year, $29.99/year Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
