Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Case at 4.9 against KUSDOM's 3.0. Case also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). KUSDOM's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Case holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Case has 1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of KUSDOM's written reviews are positive against 60% of Case's.
KUSDOM ships an update every 5 weeks, Case fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
