Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: BodyBuilder at 100% against Ramblers's 13%. BodyBuilder also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Ramblers's advantage is price (Free vs $6.99) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
